Donations can be made to the Al Mahdi Islamic Community Centre in the
following ways:
1- Preauthorized Monthly Donations Program
Preauthorised donations
is an easy and convenient way for YOU to donate to the Al Mahdi
Centre. As a member it saves YOU from having to remember to bring in
your donation. Also YOU continue to earn the blessings of Allah SWT
if you do not attend the Centre on a regular basis. This system also
saves considerable time and effort for the Administration of the Al
Mahdi Centre as they do not have to follow-up with the members for
donations. One convenient tax donation receipt will be provided to
you at the end of the year for all your preauthorized donations.
Please join approximately 90 other families that have chosen the
preauthorised donations system as a way to donate to the Al Mahdi
Centre.
Community members
can sign up to donate through preauthorized payments that
automatically come out of their bank account. The amount requested
is $30 per month. Families currently in the program donate anywhere
from $10 to $200 per month. Students who are working are also
encouraged to give and are asked to consider a donation of $10 to
$15 per month. Donation amounts can be easily changed or suspended
upon receiving the instruction of the community member. A form for

2- Credit Card Donation Program
Community members can sign up to donate by credit card payments. These
payments can be either lump-sum or can be set to monthly. The donation
is entirely in the control of the community member. Those who are
